In Hotel Restaurant Diego we offer you a new tasting menu every month with local produce at its best: vegetables and citrus fruits from Montsià, veal from our own livestock farm “La Finca”, fish and seafood from La Rápita’s Fish Market and our own extra virgin olive oil from the olive groves of Plana del Montsià as the star basic ingredient of our dishes.
