In Hotel Restaurant Diego we offer you a new tasting menu every month with local produce at its best: vegetables and citrus fruits from Montsià, veal from our own livestock farm “La Finca”, fish and seafood from La Rápita’s Fish Market and our own extra virgin olive oil from the olive groves of Plana del Montsià as the star basic ingredient of our dishes.

Olive Oil and Mediterranean Fair of Santa Bàrbara.

The Santa Bàrbara Olive Fair will be renewed in 2024 as the Olive Oil and Mediterranean Fair (from November 22 to 24, 2024).

With this Tasting Menu, we celebrate the 27th GASTRONOMIC DAYS OF OLIVE OIL CUISINE that can be enjoyed throughout the month of November.
