The summer terrace of the gourmet hotel is named after Sonia Arasa, our second cook and pastry chef. Elegance and freshness reign at the place where our gastronomic offer meets the open air in a relaxed view of The Ports de Tortosa-Beseit.
Veal raised in our own cattle farm “La Finca”, fish and seashell from our own stall at the Sant Carles de La Ràpita’s, greens and vegetables grown at the orchards of the Plana del Montsià . And our plus: we cook with our own made extra virgin olive oil, extracted from our olive grove in the same area.
